针药并用治疗支气管哮喘的疗效及对细胞因子的影响

Effect of Combined Acupuncture and Medicine on Bronchial Asthma and Cytokine

目的观察针药并用治疗支气管哮喘患者的疗效及对细胞因子的影响。方法99例患者按数字随机法分成三组,各33例,A组采用二丙酸倍氯米松吸入加无水茶碱缓释片口服,B组应用针刺治疗,C组应用药物加针刺治疗。分别观察患者治疗后的临床症状及体征、肺功能及细胞因子变化。结果三组患者治疗后的临床疗效及肺功能均有改善,但以针药治疗为优;治疗后患者血清和周围血单个核细胞(PBMC)中γ干扰素(IFN-γ)水平较治疗前明显提高。结论糖皮质激素和茶碱是治疗和预防支气管哮喘的有效药物,针药并用治疗可提高疗效。

Objective To investigate the effect of the combined use of acupuncture and medicine on bronchial asthma and cytokine. Methods Ninety-nine patients were allocated, using a random number method, to three groups, 33 cases each. Group A was treated by inhalation of beclomethasone dipropionate plus oral administration of theophylline anhydrous sustained release tablets, group B, with acupuncture and group C, with the drugs plus acupuncture. The clinical symptoms and signs, pulmonary function and cytokine were examined in the patients before and after treatment. Results The clinical symptoms and signs, and pulmonary function improved in all the three groups of patients after treatment and did most in the patients treated with acupuncture plus the drags. In the patients, IFN-γ levels in serum and peripheral blood mononuclear cells （PBMC） increased significantly after treatment compared with before. Conclusion Glucocorticoids and theophylline are effective drugs for preventing and treating bronchial asthma. The combined use of acupuncture and medicine can improve the therapeutic effect.
