摘要
目的观察神阙穴敷贴配合针刺治疗面肌痉挛的临床疗效。方法对随机两组的面肌痉挛患者分别用神阙穴敷贴配合针刺治疗及卡马西平口服治疗,并进行对照。结果治疗组总体疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论神阙穴敷贴配合针刺治疗面肌痉挛疗效优于口服卡马西平治疗。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of point Shenque（CV 8） application plus acupuncture in treating facial spasm. Methods Patients were randomly allocated to two groups and treated by acupoint application plus acupuncture and oral administration of carbamazepine, respectively. The therapeutic effects were compared. Results The overall therapeutic effect was significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The effect of acupoint application plus acupuncture is better than that of oral carbamazepine in treating facial spasm.
