摘要
在k个应力l个未知参数的加速寿命方程下,以D-最优和V-最优为准则,解决了指数分布场合p p≠1个竞争失效机理产品的定时截尾步进应力加速寿命试验的最优设计问题.
Given the accelerated equation of k -stress with I-unknown parameters, This paper slves the problem of the optimal designs of the accelerated life tests of type II with competing causes of failure, whose life of each failure cause is assumed to be exponential. We obtain the optimum test designs according to D-optimal and V-optimal.
