普通高等学校职业指导现状分析及对策研究

On the Analysis and Research of the Current Situation of Vocational Guidance in the Regular Institutions of Higher Learning

为进一步促进普通高校职业指导的科学发展,必须树立"以人为本"的职业指导理念,建立一支兼具教学与科研能力的专业化职业指导师资队伍,完善高校职业指导教育机构,充实职业指导内容,构建科学的职业指导课程体系。

There are many shortages in the vocational guidance due to the deficiency of the cognition of vocational guidance; the imperfections in the system indemnification; and the faultiness of the basal work in the teaching staff, the Curriculum construction and the establishment of work agencies. Because of these factors ,it leads to many results. For example： Laying particular stress on semblance not essence in content, on activities not normality in form, on overall operation not cases guidance in method. In order to promote the Scientific Development of vocational guidance in the regular institutions of higher learning, we must foster the vocational guidance idea of ＂people foremost＂, build a professional teaching team with ability of teaching and researching in vocational guidance, consummate the vocational guidance agencies in the regular institutions of higher learning, enrich the content of the vocational guidance and establish a scientific curriculum system of vocational guidance.
