摘要
通过对课堂教育情景下大学生学习方式(学习的动机和策略)与创新能力(创新人格和创新思维)两者内在关系的实证研究分析,表明学习的深层动机与创新人格(好奇心和意志力)显著正相关;同时,深层策略与创新人格(好奇心和意志力)和创新思维(流畅性、灵活性、独创性)也显著正相关。
The relation between undergraduates' learning approach and innovative ability in the classroom was probed in this paper through the empirical study. The inner relations of the approaches to learning (including the motive and strategy) and the innovative ability (including the innovative personality and innovative thinking) were studied. The results show that the deep motive is positively related with the innovative personality (including the curiosity and persistence); the deep strategy is positively related with the innovative personality (including the curiosity and persistence) and the innovative thinking (including the fluency, flexibility and originality).
