摘要
目前对氧磷酶1(PON1)基因多态性研究位点主要包括编码区55位、192位等。最新研究表明,PON1L55M基因多态性和冠心病(CAD)的发生发展密切相关,而PON1Q192R基因多态性与CAD的关系尚有争议。此外,部分PON1启动子、种族、药物、氧化应激、血管内皮功能及乙醇等可能影响PON1基因多态性与CAD的关系。
The genetic polymorphisms sites of human serum paraoxonasel under current investigations include L55M,QI92R and others. The latest researches has been confirmed that genetic polymorphism of PON1 L55M was closely associated to the development of coronary artery diseases(CAD). But the relation between PON1Q192R and CAD was controversial. In addition, some of PONI promoters, ethnicity,medicines,oxidative stress,vascular endothelial function and alcohol may affect the relation between genetic polymorphisms of PON1 and CAD.
