摘要 胎膜由绒毛膜和羊膜组成,胎膜可以分离出多种具有可塑性和免疫耐受的细胞,因而在再生医学和细胞治疗的临床应用中备受关注。胎膜是胎儿的附属组织,出生后成废弃物,所以容易获得,不需要侵袭性操作,而且它的应用不违背伦理道德。目前已经有很多关于胎膜干细胞的分离和特性的报道。现就目前这些细胞的分离方法和特性研究进行综述,为实验研究和临床应用提供指导。 The fetal membrane is composed of amnion and chorion, cells with good plasticity and immunological tolerance can be segregated from this tissue. It draws great interest as a source of cells for generative medicine and cell therapy-based clinical applications. Fetal membrane is an affiliated tissue of the fetus, and is available easily without invasive procedures, and clinical use of it does not elicit ethical debate. Recently, numerous researches have reported the isolation and characterization procedure of the stem cells from the fetal membrane. The aim of this review is to summarize the cell isolation protocols and characteristics of these cells,as well as to provide preliminary indications of the use of these cells in future clinical applications.
