摘要 细菌的耐药性,尤其是多重耐药已成为临床治疗的大难题。修饰酶及灭活酶的产生、抗生素作用靶位的改变以及利用膜蛋白的缺失与主动外排泵系统过表达来减少抗生素在细胞内的浓度,是细菌的几个重要耐药机制。整合子介导耐药基因在染色体、质粒及转座子之间移动,从而导致细菌耐药性的传播,是细菌耐药性迅猛发展的重要原因。 Drug resistance of bacteria, especially multi-drug resistance, is a big problem of clinical practice. Mechanisms of resistance are as follows:generations of modification or inactivation enzymes, changes of the targets which antibiotics act on, and reduces of the concentration of antibiotics in cells caused by deficiencies of membrane protein or over-expression of efflux pump system. Integrons,whieh lead to the spread of bacterial resistance by mediating move of resistance genes among chromosome, plasmid and transposon, are important reasons for the rapid development of drug resistance.
