摘要 微小RNA(miRNA)是广泛存在于动物、植物、病毒中的一种具有高度保守序列的非编码蛋白,它可以调控其他基因的表达。近来的研究证实,miRNA在人类肿瘤发生中可能是潜在的致癌基因或抑癌基因,因此,miRNA的研究对于揭示肿瘤基因的表达、肿瘤疾病的治疗以及预防具有重要意义。 MicroRNA（ Micro Ribonucleic acid, miRNA）is an un-coding protein with highly conservative sequence which extensively exists in animal, plants and virus. It can regulate the expression of other genes. Recently,miRNA are confirmed as potential oncogcne and tumor suppressors in some researches. Thusthe research on miRNA is important for revealing the expression of cancer gene, also important for the therapy and prevention of cancer.
