摘要
CTA技术已广泛应用于颅内动脉瘤的术前诊断,其检查技术及常规后处理技术已比较成熟。随着多层螺旋CT设备的发展,新的后处理技术(如数字减影CTA和3D动态CTA)的应用使颅内动脉瘤的检出与瘤体特征表现的检测有了进一步发展,其应用价值进一步提高。同时,其他影像学检查技术也在更新发展,但各种影像学技术对颅内动脉瘤诊断均有其各自的长处与不足。
Computed tomography angiography (CTA)has been applied in the preoperative diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm. Its examination technology and conventional reconstruction algorithm has been relatively mature. With the development of mutil-slice computed tomography equipment, the application of new reconstruction algorithm( such as digital subtraction computed tomography angiography and dynamic three-dimensional computed tomography angiography)bring in the progress of aneurysm detection and aneurysm character description. At the same time ,each medical imaging technology has its advantage and deficiency in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm despite of their certain development.
