结合某车型后视镜电动折叠功能的设计实践,首先详细论述问题产生的原因,进而提出具有针对性的解决方案,对产品结构设计进行优化,合理选择工程塑料材料,最后通过试验验证解决方案的有效性。

Combining with the design of the outside rearview mirror electric folding design in vehicle, the root causes of the problem are dissertated. Subsequently, the pertinence solutions which optimize the structure of the product and help to choose the engineering plastic material are put for- ward. The effective solutions are testified ultimately.
