油酸酰胺改性3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷的合成及防雾性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用一步法合成了目标产物油酸酰胺改性3-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷。对产物进行了红外表征。选择聚乙烯塑料作为基材进行接触角的测定,发现改性后的目标产物能降低水的接触角。采用冷却-加热实验测定得到它的抗破裂性良好;透光性能较好;防雾效果实验表明产品对塑料的防雾时间为55s,约为塑料直接起雾时间的5倍;目标产物的粘结性能好。 The target product aminoalkoxysilane was synthesized by one-step reaction.Its construct was characterized by IR.The target product on the substrate of polyethylene plastics can decrease the contact angle of water.Good anti-rupture performance was proved by the cooling-heating experiment.Target product has good light transmittance.Anti-fogging effect experiment indicated the anti-fogging time was 55 s which is approx 5 times of that of bare substrate.Target product has good bond behavior.
