摘要
以对羟基苯甲酸和乙酸酐为原料,采用对甲基苯磺酸作催化剂合成4一乙酰氧基苯甲酸,考察了反应温度、反应时间、催化剂用量时产品的影响。实验结果表明酰化反应的优化条件n(对羟基苯甲酸):n(乙酸酐):n(对甲苯磺酸)=1:2:0.025,反应时间30min,反应温度80~89℃,产率达91.63%。
4-acetory benzoic acid was prepared from p-hydroxy benzoic acid and acetic anhydride using pmethylbenzenesulfonic acid as catalyst.Many parameters including reaction temperature,reaction time,amount of catalyst were found to influence the yield of product.The optimum reaction condition are as follows: n (p-hydroxy benzoic acid):n(acetic anhydride) :n(p-methylbenzenesulfonic acid)=l:2:0.025,reaction time 30 min and reaction temperature 80-89℃,the yield was 91.63% Key words: 4-acetory benzoic acid; acetylation; synthsis
