摘要
酪酸菌为人和动物肠道内正常菌群中的一种有益菌,能产生各种维生素,对人体具有保健作用,酪酸菌的芽孢是一种较理想有开发前景的微生态制剂。制备酪酸菌微生态制剂首先要实现酪酸菌的高密度培养,其次是获得较高酪酸菌芽孢转化率,本文对酪酸菌的培养条件进行了优化,取得良好的效果。
As a beneficial bacteria,clostridium butyricum can produce a variety of vitamins,and has a health care on the human body.The spores of Clostridium butyricum are ideal microecological agents which have development prospects.Clostridium butyricum high-density culture must be carried out first before the preparation of microecological agents,followed by a higher conversion rate of butyric acid bacteria spores.Clostridium butyricum culture conditions were optimized in this paper and achieved good results.
