摘要
探讨了玉米中溴甲烷残留量的检测方法。通过采用酸回流方法提取玉米中的溴甲烷,进行毛细管色谱分离检测。结果表明:该法操作简便、结果准确、灵敏度高。当溴甲烷标准溶液质量浓度为0.29~11.78μg/ml时,色谱峰面积与质量浓度有较好的线性关系,标准工作曲线相关系数R2为0.998 7,检测限为0.02 mg/kg。
The detection method for bromethane residues in corn was discussed. The result showed that using acid reflux method to extract bromethane from corn for capillary chromatography detection could provide simple operation, accurate result and high sensitivity. When the mass concentration of bromethane titer was 0.29 - 11.78μg/ml, the chromatogram peak area had a good linear relationship with the mass concentration, the calibration curve correlation coefficient R2 was 0. 998 7, and the detection limit was 0.02 mg/kg
