替罗非班预防冠状动脉无复流现象的可行性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨经皮冠状动脉介入术前给予替罗非班对于无复流高危病变无复流发生率及术后临床事件的影响。方法入选临床诊断为冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(冠心病)并行冠状动脉造影后考虑存在致无复流的高危病变的患者100例,随机分为2组,每组50例,替罗非班组,在行介入治疗前先给予替罗非班,而后行介入治疗;常规组,介入治疗前不予替罗非班应用。观察2组介入治疗后无复流的发生情况,并比较介入后住院期间主要心脏不良事件情况。结果替罗非班组发生无复流1例,术后6个月出现缺血性胸痛3例,无再次血运重建患者,常规组发生无复流现象7例,术后6个月出现缺血性胸痛11例,行再次血运重建5例。结论提前应用替罗非班可减少无复流高危病变无复流发生率及PCI术后临床事件。
