摘要 采用铝阳极氧化法制备了填料式Al2O3-Al载体,采用浸渍法制备了MgO/Al2O3-Al固体碱催化剂,并用于丙酮缩合制二丙酮醇的反应中,考察了催化剂制备条件对催化剂活性的影响。结果表明,催化剂适宜的制备条件为:浸渍液浓度2.0%,浸渍温度55℃,浸渍时间2.0h,焙烧温度550℃,焙烧时间4.0h。在此条件下,丙酮的转化率为21.08%,二丙酮醇的选择性为100%。 A novel solid alkali MgO/Al203-Al catalyst for catalytic distillation was prepared by impregnation of anodized aluminium plates formed by anodic oxidation of high-purity aluminium foils with aqueous Mg(NO3)2. It was used as catalyst to synthesize diacetone alcohol by condensation of acetone. The optimum synthesis conditions were investigated. The results indicated that:Mg (NO3)2 concentration is 2.0%, dipping temperature is 55℃, dipping time is 2.0h, calcination temperature is 550℃, calcination time is 4.0h. The conversion of acetone is 21.08%, and the selectivity of diacetone is 100%.
