摘要
大连石化公司3.5Mt·a-1重油催化裂化装置主分馏塔在塔高和塔径不变的前提下,将部分塔盘形式更换、塔盘开孔率调整,装置的运行和实际标定证明,改造后的分馏塔完全满足3.5Mt·a-1重油催化裂化装置。MGD投用的情况下产品质量能够满足日常生产要求,各项指标均达到或优于设计值。
The main fractionation tower of the 3.5 Mt·a^-1 FCCU in Dalian Petrochemical Company was modified by replacing new type trays with adjusted hole ratio under the conditions of keeping orininal tower height and torer diameler. The results of the unit running and the calibration show that the performance of the modified fractionation tower meet the production requirements, and the indexes exceed design value.
