摘要
对真空熔烧法制作的镍基合金——碳化铬复合涂层界面两侧合金元素的扩散问题,提出了电子探针与最小二乘法相结合的研究方法.结果证明,界面扩散是决定复合材料界面结合状况的关键.
This paper puts forward a study method on the diffusion of alloy elements between composite coating and matrix of Ni based chromium carbide produced by vacuum fusion sintering with the combination of electro probe micro analysis and least square method. The result shows that the interfacial diffusion is the key to interfacial bonding strength.
