摘要
根据机械振动理论,结合“长轴结构型式”工作辊道的特点,给出了振动计算式及求解方法,通过实例计算和分析表明:机械振动因素影响辊道传动系统的最佳配置.文中计算方法不仅可以检验原有设备传动系统合理性的一个侧面,而且提供了对辊道传动系统优化设计的一个应该考虑的“约束条件”
The paper that combines the specific property of roll table with long axle structure is based on the principle of machine vibration. Formula and solution that concern with vibration calculation of roll table have been raised as well in this paper. Results of calculation and analysis indicate that factors of machine vibration influence optimum disposition of the driving system of roll table with long axle structure. The method can be used not only to inspect part of the reasonableness for original driving system, but also to provide essential restricting condition of optimum design of roll table system.
