益气化瘀胶囊治疗动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞的临床观察

Observation on Therapeutic Effect of YiQi HuaYu Capsule in Treating Cerebral Infarction of Atherosclerotic Thrombosis

目的:观察益气化瘀胶囊治疗动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法:采用随机单盲法将80例动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞患者分为2组,对照组给予西医抗血小板聚集、扩张脑血管、促进脑细胞代谢等基础治疗,治疗组在西医治疗的基础上给予益气化瘀胶囊口服。治疗90天后观察2组临床疗效。结果:对2组治疗后的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评定、气虚血瘀证候疗效评定行结果分析,显示治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),且2组治疗前后疗效比较均有显著差异(P<0.01、P<0.05)。结论:益气化瘀胶囊治疗动脉硬化性血栓性脑梗塞的临床疗效优于单纯西医治疗。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy on YiQi HuaYu capsule in patients with cerebral infarction of atherosclerotic thrombosis. Methods： 80 patients were divided into treatment group and control group by a randomized and single-blind method. The treatment group received some basic treatment such as anti-platelet aggregation, outspread head blood-vessel and promotion of brain cell metabolism. The control group received YiQi HuaYu capsule on the basis of treatment with western medicine.The changes were observed before and after treatment in the two groups during the treatment period of 90 days.Results：Clinical effects, degree of neurological deficit and efficacy evaluation of Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome in the two groups were observed. The effect of treatment group was significantly better than control group（P〈0.05）.There was a significant difference between two groups（P〈0.01 or P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy of YiQi HuaYu capsule was more effective than the control group in treating cerebral infarction of atherosclerotic thrombosis.
