2型糖尿病并发眼表损害的中西医研究状况

Research Situation of Chinese and Western Medicine on Type 2 Diabetes with Ocular Surface Damage

糖尿病可引起糖尿病视网膜病变等多种眼部并发症,但近年研究发现,糖尿病还可以导致以眼干涩、异物感等为主症,以泪膜功能的不稳定、泪液分泌减少等为主要体征的眼表损害症候群。通过对相关文献资料的分析、归纳,发现西医学对该病的病因、主症及危害等研究逐年增多,认为该病是导致糖尿病患者眼部不适及视力损害的重要因素,但缺乏有效的治疗方法,而中医学相关研究文献却空缺,说明中医对该发病现状及机理尚未引起足够重视。因此,应重视对该病的发病机理及辩证特点的研究,以满足临床需求。

Diabetes can cause diabetic retinopathy and other eye complications. But in recent years the studies have shown that diabetes can also lead to some symptoms such as dry eye and foreign body sensation. The symptoms arises because of tear film function instability, reduction of tear secretion, and so on. From the analysis of the relevant lit- erature, on the basis of many studies of westem medicine on the causes of the disease, the main symptom and hazards year by year, ocular surface damage of type 2 diabetes led to diabetic eye disease and visual impairment. Although it is an important factor, the effective treatment can not be found. The research literature related to TCM is vacant, indicating the situation and mechanism of TCM for the disease has not cause enough attention. Therefore, we should attach importance to the disease in pathogenesis and dialectical study of the characteristics for clinical needs.
