摘要 脊髓损伤分为原发性损伤和继发性损伤,治疗主要目的在于阻止或减少继发性损伤。传统的治疗方法主要以手术减压配合药物治疗为主,但对于神经保护和神经再生疗效欠佳,细胞移植和基因治疗是脊髓损伤修复的重要手段,在动物实验中已取得了一定效果,具有很好的临床应用前景。 Spinal cord injury is divided into primary injury and secondary injury. The main purpose of treatment is to prevent or reduce secondary injury. The main method of traditional treatment is the surgical decompression with the drug treatment, but it is poor for the efficacy of neural protective and neural regeneration. Cell transplantation and gene therapy are an important means of repairing spinal cord injury, and has obtained the certain effect in animal experiments and has good prospect for clinical application.
