摘要 300MN水压机活动横梁受力复杂,其承载后的弹性变形不仅影响加工精度,而且使机架受力情况恶化。用Solidworks软件建立了活动横梁三维模型,在ANSYS中转化成有限元模型后对比分析了九种典型工况的承载变形情况。实验中通过安装在动梁上的位移传感器测量靠模加压的模间距之差分析动梁在锻压中的变形来验证仿真分析的正确性。仿真和实验结果表明:锻压时,动梁主要在加载方向发生了弹性变形,其大小与载荷和模具相关,偏载下同步系统作用能保持梁基本处于水平。根据仿真和实验结果推出正载下活动横梁变形的经验公式,具有实际的工程应用价值。 The loads on the 300MN hydraulic press activity beam are complicated. Its deformation under load not only affects the machining accuracy, but also worsens the working condition of the rack. In this paper, three-dimensional model of the beam is established; the bending deformation of the beam under nine typical conditions is analyzed contrastively in ANSYS. Experiments were done to obtain pressurized and non-pressurized die spacing differences, which is used to analyze the deformation of activity beam. The simulation and experiment show that the elastic deforma- tion of activity beam is mainly in loading direction while forging, the value of which is related to the condition of load and die. Synchronous system can almost keep the beam at horizontality under eccentric load. According to the simulation and experimental results, an empirical formula about deformation of the beam under central load is given.
