印染废水处理厂扩建工程设计实践与探讨 被引量:4

摘要 简评了印染废水的最新处理技术,在南方某市印染废水厂一期工程面临问题及优化方案的分析基础上,进行了二期扩建工程的设计,工艺为"强化生物吸附+厌氧水解酸化+好氧生化处理",出水指标采用《纺织染整工业水污染物排放标准》GB4287-92一级标准。同时还对部分出水进行了回用处理的设计。 This paper introduces briefly the current status and developments of the typical treatment technologies of dyeing and printing wastewater. After analysis of the problems with phase I project and optimization the scheme and the cell, phase II expansion project of a dyeing wastewater treatment plant has been designed, The processes adopted are: enhanced biological absorption + anaerobic hydrolysis + aerobic biological treatment. The indexes of water quality should meet the first grade of China Discharging Standard of Dyeing Wastewater (GB 4287- 92).Water reuse is also designed in this project.
