复尔康注射液及拆方制剂对SMMC-7721和NB4细胞株的抑制作用 被引量:2

摘要 目的:研究复尔康注射液(青蒿油、甘草酸盐、维A酸等)及拆方制剂对不同肿瘤细胞株的抑制作用,了解该注射剂的抑瘤谱以及组方的合理性。方法:以相同药物浓度的复尔康注射液及拆方制剂作用于SMMC-7721及NB4细胞48 h,阿霉素为阳性对照药,采用MTT法检测复尔康注射液及拆方制剂对两种细胞株的生长抑制作用。结果:复尔康注射液及拆方1、2、3号制剂浓度为1.260μg/mL时,对SMMC-7721细胞的抑制率分别为54.78%、55.49%、53.18%、53.79%,半抑制浓度IC50依次为0.415μg/mL、0.376μg/mL、0.715μg/mL、0.636μg/mL;浓度为0.630μg/mL时,对NB4细胞的抑制率分别为88.6%、82.5%、77.9%、76.9%,半抑制浓度IC50依次为0.091μg/mL、0.108 1μg/mL、0.084μg/mL、0.120μg/mL。结论:复尔康注射液及拆方制剂对SMMC-7721和NB4细胞株均具有明显的抑制作用,各单味药在复方制剂中具有协同增效作用。 AIM : To study the inhibitiory effects of Fuerkang Injection ( sweet worm wood oil, glycyrrhetate and Vitamin A acetate) and its ingredients on SMMC-7721 and NB4 cell lines, in order to understand its antitumour spectrum and reasonability of its composition. METHODS: SMMC-7721 and NB4 cell lines were treated with Fuerkang Injection and its ingredients under the same concentration for 48 h, adriamycin was used as standard com- parison, inhibitiory effect on growth of two cell lines was detected by MTT method. RESULTS: At 1. 260 μg/mL, the inhibition rate of Fnerkang Injection and its decomposed recipes preparations 1,2,3 to SMMC-7721 cell lines were 54.78%, 55.49%, 53. 38%, 53.79%, hemi-inhibitory concentration ICs0 were 0. 415,0. 376,0. 735 and 0. 636 μg/mL,respectively. The inhibition rate of NB4 cell lines were 88.6% ,82.5% ,77.9% and 76.9% ,hemiinhibitory concentration IC50 were 0. 091,0. 108 1,0. 084 and 0. 120μg/mL. CONCLUSION: Fuerkang Injection and its ingredients have significant inhibitory action on SMMC-7721 and NB4 cell lines,each component herb in the compound preparation has synergetic effects.
