摘要
目的:研究清气凉营注射液(大青叶、大黄、金银花、知母、野菊花、淡竹叶)对酵母致热大鼠体温的影响及对下丘脑中前列腺素E2(PGE2)和环磷酸腺苷(cAMP)含量的影响。方法:用10%酵母混悬液复制大鼠发热模型,观察清气凉营注射液对大鼠体温的影响,并采用放免法测定下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP含量。结果:清气凉营注射液具有明显的退热作用;清气凉营注射液能明显减少致热大鼠下丘脑中PGE2及cAMP的含量,与模型组比较具有明显差异。结论:清气凉营注射液能降低致热大鼠体温及下丘脑中PGE2和cAMP的含量,通过对下丘脑中分泌的这两个重要的内源性介质的调节,起到良好的退热作用。
AIM: To study the effect of Qingqi Liangying Injection on febrile rats induced by zymonsa and on content of PGE2 as well as cAMP in rat hypothalamus. METHODS: The rat febrific model induced by 10% zymonsa solution was used to observe Qingqi Liangying Injection' s effect on the rat temperature, and the radioimmu- noassay(RIA) was used to determin the content of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus of rats. RESULTS: Qingqi Liangying Injection had an obvious antipyretic effect on febrile rats; Qingqi Liangying Injection could significantly reduce the content of PGE2 and cAMP. CONCLUSION: Qingqi Liangying Injection can obviously reduce the rat body temperature and the content of PGE2 and cAMP in hypothalamus of rats.
