This article indicates the origin, connotation, function and significance of the culture of The Ancient Western CHU Period. Taking the construction of the characterimic documentary store in Suqian College Library as an example, this paper studies the construction thinking of the characteristic documentary store, and puts forward the program of collection, classification and digitalization of the characteristic documents of The Ancient Western CHU Period.
