摘要 介绍了在直缝焊管成型机冲压成型中钢板回弹角的计算方法、测量方法及其对成型工艺的影响。研究发现,同种材质下,钢板弹复角随着壁厚增大而减小;大管径焊管因其材质较"硬",比小管径焊管管型易于控制,但壁厚较大时对设备要求较高;小管径焊管由于材质相对较"软",材质变化波动较大时,引起的回弹角变化较大,易产生"波浪形边",焊管生产中极易产生错边、椭圆度超差的现象。 This article introduces calculation method,inspection method and effect on forming process of steel plate spring-back angle during stamping forming of longitudinal seam welded pipe forming machine. The research results in- dicates that spring-back angle reduces with wall thickness increasing under the same material. It is easy to control steel pipe shape with large diameter because of its stiff material, but heavy wall thickness need higher requirement to equipment; spring-back angle of steel pipe with small diameter changes greatly due to its soft material while material exists great variation, and it is easy to appear phenomenon of wave-shaped edge, off-set and excess of ovality.
