摘要
利用SAP(systems applications and products in data processing,企业管理解决方案)提供的批次管理功能对石油钢管制造企业业务流程进行了剖析,并通过应用实例阐述了石油钢管企业在卷板、钢管以及副产品管理中实施批次管理的过程和关键技术。同时针对系统实施过程中出现的问题,提出了解决方案。对同类企业实施ERP(enterprise resource planning,企业资源规划),促进企业精细化管理过程具有借鉴意义。
Using batch management supplied by SAP（ systems applications and products in data processing） to analyze operation flow of petroleum steel pipe manufacturer. It expatiated process and key technology of petroleum steel pipe enterprises during management of plate rolling,steel pipe and by -products. At the same time, for problems occurring in system operation process, the solution was proposed. This will supply reference for similar enterprises to implement ERP（ enterprise resource planning） , and improve enterprise elaboration management.
