摘要
介绍了双端连续式洗瓶机的组成和工艺流程,研究并解决了洗瓶机的主驱动调速电机,进出瓶伺服控制,移动跟踪喷射装置,温度控制装置,触摸屏人机界面等电气控制技术问题,同时结合三菱PLC给出了各部分的设计方案。目的是为洗瓶机设备改造和更新提供参考依据。该方案在某小型啤酒厂生产线升级改造中得到实施,结果表明系统运行稳定,运行状态良好,提高了洗瓶质量,降低了生产成本。
This paper introduces the components of bottle-washer machine with pairs of end pass in and out and the technological process of washing machine, and also give the design of speed control system of major motor device, servo control of in-and-out bottle device, mobile-track-eject device, temperature control device, human- machine interface of touch-screen using Mitsubishi PLC and so on, in order to supply some direction for updating and renovating the bottle-washing machine. The design came true in a brewery, which proved that the machine works good and reliable, improve the bottle-washing quality and decrease the production costs.
