两部分组合转子同步电机直接转矩控制

The direct torque control system of the synchronous motor with two parts assembled rotor

摘要 两部分组合电机的转子是轴向叠片各向异性(ALA)磁阻段和面贴式永磁(SPM)段组合而成的,磁路各自独立。两段d轴相对位置对电机的性能有着重要的影响,通过d、q坐标系下相量图导出了组合电机的基本方程式,并对两段d轴在一条直线上和偏转45°的电机进行了仿真,仿真结果表明偏转一定角度能改善电机的动态性能。 The magnet circuit of synchronous motor with two parts assembled rotor, having a surface permanent magnet (SPM) and an axially laminated anisotropic (ALA) reluctance on the same shaft is separate. The d-axis position of the assembled rotor has effect to the performance of the machine. The based equations is described by the phase diagram, the machines which the ALA part d -axis is aligned with SPM part d -axis and the two -part d -axis is45° are simulated, the resuits show the displaced certain angle machine can improve dynamic performance.
