摘要
本文介绍了用于龙门刨床大推力抬刀电磁铁的设计及其实际应用。分别阐述了抬刀机构的不同结构类型,以及电磁铁的种类及电磁铁抬刀系统的工作原理,同时介绍了直流电磁铁线圈的结构原理、特点及设计方法。通过现场试验及实际应用,验证了大推力长行程直流电磁铁抬刀机构,完全可以满足重型龙门刨床刀架机构自动抬刀控制的要求。
This article introduces the design principle and practical application of moving system of planer cutter head controlled by large attraction electromagnet solenoid. At the same time it also describes the classification of electro - magnet solenoid and the work principle of moving mechanism for planer cutter head. Mso, describes the structure, work principles, features and design methods of DC electromagnet coil. Through on - site tests and application, it was verified that the DC electromagnet lifting system with a large - pull & long - stroke of planer cutter head can fully meet the requirements of tools control system for heavy double housing planer.
