摘要
我国公益性地质成果社会化服务虽然已经开展并且服务范围也在不断扩大,但仍然存在着地质成果表达专业化、单位或个人垄断公益性地质资料数据、管理体制不完善、服务理念和技术手段相对落后等问题,从而影响和制约了我国公益性地质成果社会化服务的开展。为解决公益性地质成果社会化服务中存在的问题和障碍,建议树立以用户为中心的服务理念、提高地质调查成果社会化服务水平、针对不同用户群提供个性化服务及建立健全地质信息共享保障机制。
Although public-beneficial socialized services of geological achievements have already begun and extended the scope of services, such problems still persist as over-professional expressions of geological achievements, monopoly of geological material and data by some units or individuals, imperfect management institution and comparatively backward concept and technical measures, thus affecting and limiting the service in our country. To solve the problems, this paper suggests establishing the serving concept with customers as the center, improving socialized service of geological research achievements, providing relevant service according to different user groups, and building and perfecting the safeguard mechanism of sharing of geological information .
