摘要 随着高端硬质合金焊接产品应用的日益广泛,将焊接工艺专家系统引入高端硬质合金焊接产品生产线意义重大。利用VC语言和Access数据库开发平台和前馈神经网络,开发了高端硬质合金焊接产品的焊接工艺专家系统,实现了企业局域网内的焊接数据动态更新,便于专家系统的完善与扩充,更加有利于知识库的规范管理。测试表明,该系统设计规范,能较好地满足焊接工艺设计的实际需要。 With the increasingly widespread of application in high-end hard alloy welding production, the development of hard alloy welding technology was becoming more important. Therefore, welding technology expert system for welding high-end hard alloy production line was very significant. Using Visual C++ and access data-base, a kind of welding expert system used to high quality cemented carbide product had been developed. The dynamic update of welding parameters could be realized via local network, improving the expansion of the welding expert system. Test results showed that the expert system could meet the actual demands as its good design and arrangement.
