New Way to Utilization of Water Resources for Metallurgical Plant

摘要 海冰淡化技术是海水淡化技术的延伸,可获得盐度小于2‰的淡水,利用海冰淡化技术可以为鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈分公司解决7~11万m3/d的淡水资源缺口,且能满足生产用水水质的要求。随着相关技术研究和工程试验的相继开展,海冰淡化产业化应用进程不断加快,海冰淡化将成为鞍钢股份有限公司鲅鱼圈分公司水资源利用的重要保证和有效途径。 The sea ice desalination technology is the extension of the sea water desalination technology, by which freshwater can be obtained with a salinity of less than 2‰. The technology can solve the problem of freshwater shortage by 70 - 110 thousand m3 per day for Bayuquan Branch Co. of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd. and the quality of the freshwater obtained can also meet the requirments for production. With the development of related technologies and gradual improvements of industrial tests of projects, the industrialization drive for application of the sea ice desalination technology can be pushed forward continuously, which will be an improtant support and effective approach to utilize water resources in Bayuquan Branch Co. of Angang Steel Co. , Ltd..
