按照滨海新区农业科技园区定位与目标要求,明确建设主体和组织运作主体,建立和完善资金筹措、土地保障、经营管理和技术创新等确保园区基本运行的自我发展机制和政策引导、开放合作、风险规避和监督评价等促进保障机制,推动滨海农业科技园区可持续发展。

According to the orientation and goal request of seaside agricultural science and technology park, construction and organization were cleared, the financing, land, management and technology innovation mechanism of self-development were established and perfected; policy guiding, opening-up and cooperation, risk evaluation and supervision to promote security mechanism were also established, in order to promote the sustainable development of agricultural science and technology park in binhai new area.
