Analysis on Vibration Reason of Main Exhaust Fan in New Sinter Workshop of Angang and Its Improvement Therefore

针对鞍钢新烧作业区主抽风机在运行过程中存在的莫名振动、运行不稳定、启动负荷大等问题,对安装标准中的有关参数进行了重新计算和分析,并将结果应用到生产实践中,从而有效地解决了风机振动和微启动困难问题。

The corresponding parameters on installation standards are recalculated with regard to loads during o the problems related to the inexplicable vibration, unstable operation and and analyzed great starting peration of the main exhaust fan in New Sinter Workshop of General Imnmaking Plant of Angang Steel Co., Ltd. , and then the recalculation results are applied to the actual operation, and thus concerned problems such as the inexplicable vibration and the micro - starting difficulty are effectively solved.
