摘要
金属工件在铸造、焊接、切削加工和使用过程中,其内部将产生残余应力,从而降低其尺寸稳定性、力学性能和物理性能。振动时效是对工件以某种频率进行数分钟至数十分钟的振动处理,以消除残余应力,与传动的加热时效相比,具有占地面积小,投资省,对环境友好,操作简便和节能等优点。
The residual stress in metal parts will arise from casting ,welding, machining or service, and will consequently result in the reduction in their demention stability as well as mechanical and physical properties. The vibratory stress relief is a procedure that the part is made to vibrate at a certain frequency for several minutes or tens minutes to eliminate residual stress, and its advantages are as follows : smaller floor area, lower investment, unharmful to environment, being easy to operate, energy-saving and so on as compared with traditional heating aging.
