摘要
叙述了造成气候变化的原因,介绍了低碳经济的内涵,指出,把CO2存到地下或其他地方,进行碳汇贸易是进入低碳时代的新举措。
This paper describes the reasons of climate change and introduces the connotation of the low-carbon economy. The author thinks that we should deposit CO2 under the ground or in other places, and carbon trading is a new measure to low-carbon era.
