摘要
叙述了山西省长治市2009年第三季度规模以上工业企业节能降耗取得的成效,指出了实现今后节能降耗目标存在的问题,提出了应对的措施。
This paper describes effectiveness of energy conservation in the industrial enterprises in the third quarter of 2009 in Changzhi City, Shanxi Province, The author points out existing problems of energy saving targets in the future, then proposes countermeasures.
