反相高效液相色谱法测定复方硫酸氨基葡萄糖分散片的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的建立硫酸氨基葡萄糖含量测定的高效液相色谱(HPLC)法。方法样品柱前衍生化后采用反相高效液相色谱(RP-HPLC)法进行测定,色谱柱为HypersilODS柱(50mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为三水合乙酸钠水溶液-甲醇(90∶10),用紫外检测器检测。结果方法的进样量线性范围为300~1500μg/mL,r=0.9997(n=5),平均回收率为102.68%,RSD=1.08%(n=9)。结论此法简便、快速、准确,是测定硫酸氨基葡萄糖含量的有效方法。 Objective To establish a HPLC method for the determination of glucosamine sulphate. Methods The sample of glucosamine sul- phate was treated by pre-column derivatization, then determined by RP-HPLC on the Hypersil ODS column (50 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 μm) with CH3COONa.3H2O - CH3OH(90 : 10) as the mobile phase and detected by the UV detector. Results The linear range of calibration curve was 300-1 500 μg/mL, r=0. 9997(n=5).The recovery rate was 102.68%, RSD=l.08% (n=9).Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which is an effective method for the determination of glucosamine sulphate.
