障碍物对瓦斯爆炸压力传播的影响 被引量:4

摘要 研究了在有障碍物条件下瓦斯爆炸压力传播规律。试验管道总长度为9.7 m,障碍物为环形沿管道设置,障碍物的阻塞率分别为20%、40%、50%和60%。结果:①在阻塞率为40%的条件下,随着障碍物数量的增加,瓦斯爆炸压力也相应增加,且距离火点越远的地方压力越大。②障碍物阻塞率为50%时,管道内瓦斯爆炸压力为最大。因此,煤矿巷道内,要尽量避免障碍物的存放和堆积,以减少瓦斯爆炸的危害。 The pressure propagation rule of the gas explosion under conditions of the barrier is studied. Total length of the test pipe is 9.7 m. The ring barrier are installed along the pipe. The blocking rate of the barriers are 20%,40%, 50% and 60% respectively. Results: (1)Under condition of 40% of blocking rate, the pressure of gas explosion in pipe increases as the quantity of barrier adds. The farther the place to the origin of fire , the larger the pressure. (2)Under condition of 50% of blocking rate, the pressure of gas explosion in pipe is maximum. Therefore we should avoid storage and cumulation of the barrier in tunnel of coal mine to decrease the harm of gas explo sion.
