摘要
钢丝绳生产过程中各股的捻距均匀性对产品质量和寿命影响很大。股绳的捻距是由牵引轮和筒体的旋转运动决定的。分析造成股绳捻距不均的原因,指出股径相对牵引轮偏大、压线瓦压得过紧、放线工字轮阻力太大、压实股的压缩量过大、牵引轮的包角偏小、股绳在压线瓦前过早合拢、不同型号及相同型号不同精度的设备生产相同捻距的股绳存在误差是造成捻距不均的主要因素,并针对这些因素,提出处理措施。
The strands uniformity in wire rope production has great influence on product quality and service life. The lay pitch of strand rope is decided by drawing wheel and rotation speed of barrel. The causes for strand rope lay pitch uneven are analyzed, h is pointed out that the main problems leading uneven lay pitch is: strand diameter is bigger relative to drawing wheel, creaser wheel press too tight, resistant force of pay off spool is too big, amount of compression of compacted strand is overlarge, cornerite of drawing wheel is little, strand ropes close too sooner in the front of creaser wheel, using different model or the same model but different precision equipment to produce strand rope with the same lay pitch exist error, and to aim at the factors the treatment measures are put forward.
