摘要 介绍冷镦标准件用热轧盘条SCM435的生产工艺及过程控制。100 t转炉出钢温度控制在1 620~1 650℃;100 t LF精炼炉出钢温度控制在1 555~1 565℃;由六机六流小方坯连铸机铸成150 mm×150 mm方坯,经步进梁式加热炉进入高线机组轧制,其中水冷控制保证盘条的吐丝温度为800~840℃。经检验,Φ12 mm SCM435热轧盘条的平均屈服强度为465 MPa,平均抗拉强度为705 MPa,平均面缩率56%,1/2冷顶锻合格率达100%,可满足高端用户实际生产需求。 To introduce production technology and process control of hot rolled wire rod SCM435 for cold heading standard components. Tapping temperature of 100 t converter was controlled from 1 620 ℃ to 1 650 ℃. Tapping temperature of 100 t LF refining furnace was controlled from 1 555 ℃ to 1 565 ℃. Small billet of 150 mm× 150 mm six-machine six-strand was cast by continuous casting, to enter into high speed wire rod mill rolling after walking beam type furnace, at which to control water cooling to guarantee wire rod laying temperature from 800 ℃ to 840 ℃. Inspection shows that the average yield strength of diameter 12 mm SCM435 hot rolled wire rod is 465 MPa, average tensile strength is 705 MPa, average area reduction 56% , one second cold heading percent of pass reaches 100% , which satisfy the actual production requirements of high-level customers.
