经腹腹腔镜肾癌根治术的临床分析

Clinical analysis of transabdominal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal carcinoma

目的:探讨经腹腹腔镜肾癌根治术的临床应用价值。方法:选择肾癌患者196例,肿瘤直径3.5～8.2cm;左侧87例,右侧109例,86例肿瘤直径大于5.0cm,均行经腹腹腔镜肾癌根治术。结果:194例成功完成腹腔镜手术,2例中转开腹。手术时间60～180min,平均110min。术后无严重并发症发生,术后住院5～10d,平均7.2d。结论:经腹腹腔镜肾癌根治术安全有效,患者创伤小,康复快,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Objective：To investigate clinical application value of transabdominal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy for renal carcinoma. Methods：One hundred and ninety-six cases with renal carcinoma were analyzed in this study ,87 cases suffered from the left kidney lesion and 109 suffered from the fight kidney lesion. The mean tumor size in diameter was 3.5-8.2cm. The tumor size of 86 cases was more than 5cm in diameter. All patients underwent transabdominal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy. Results：One hundred and ninety-four cases successfully received laparoscopic surgery and 2 cases were converted to open surgery. The operation time was 60- 180rain with the mean time of 110rain. No severe complication was observed in all patients. The postoperative hospital stay was 5-10d with average length of 7.2d. Conclusions ：Transabdominal laparoscopic radical nephrectomy is safe, effective and mini-invasive, which has advantages of faster resumption and shorter hospital stay, and has a promising future in the urologic clinical practice.
