基于PDM与CAPP系统的集成技术研究

Research on Integrated Technology Based on PDM and CAPP System

针对现有PDM与CAPP系统,采用基于SOA思想的松耦合的集成接口方式,分析了系统集成方面的核心技术,实现了以产品数据管理(PDM)系统为核心,与工艺规划管理(CAPP)系统紧密集成的基础数据平台。通过采用统一产品结构树,由PDM系统管理CAPP的工艺数据,在CAPP中存储工艺数据,实现了不同系统的数据互通,同时为实现企业各系统之间的综合集成奠定了基础。

According to the integration requirement of existing product data management （PDM） system and computer aided process planning （CAPP） system, the integration method based on SOA is proposed in this paper. The key technology of system integration is analyzed in detail and the data management platform is introduced too, that use PDM system as kernel and integrated with CAPP system. On this platform, the process planning data is managed by PDM system and saved in CAPP system, and the data exchange is realized by the union product structure tree. That founds the foundation of enterprise application system integration.
