摘要 总结介绍个人风险和社会风险的概念及可容忍风险确定准则。采用FN曲线、层次聚类分析和线性回归分析方法对1998~2008年我国火灾造成的伤亡情况进行统计分析,根据ALARP准则确定我国火灾社会可容忍风险标准。介绍建筑火灾安全的判定方法,通过构建建筑火灾风险剖面图并与标准FN曲线对比判定建筑火灾风险水平。 The concepts of individual risk and social risk are summarized, and the rules of deciding the tolerable risk are introduced. Adopting the FN curve, hierarchy cluster analysis, and linear regression analysis, the damage caused by fire accidents from 1998 to 2008 are statistical analyzed. Our country's tolerance fire social risk criterion is decided according to the ALARP rule. The determinant method of building fire safety is introduced, and by comparing the building fire risk profiles to the standard FN curve, the building fire risk level is assessed.
