泰州地区67017例出境劳务人员心电图检查结果分析

Analysis of electrocardiogram examination results of 67 017 outbound labors in Taizhou district

目的通过分析泰州地区2003-2009年出境劳务人员心电图检查结果,有针对性地提出出境劳务人员心脏疾病的预防措施。方法收集2003-2009年泰州地区出境劳务人员67017例心电图检查资料,进行统计学分析。结果67017名出境劳务人员中检出心电图异常2555例,检出率3.81%。结论对于出境劳务人员心电图异常者,结合临床其他检查结果分析,综合评估其健康状况。同时,应通过了解其劳务工种、前往国家、逗留时间等,从健康角度综合评价其能否从事出境劳务工作,以减少劳务人员出境后各种心脏疾病的发生,保障出境劳务人员的身体健康。

Objective Provide prevention measures of heart diseases for outbound labors by analyzing electrocardiogram examination results from 2003 to 2009 in Taizhou district. Methods Carry out statistical analysis of 67017 cases of electrocardiogram examination results among outbound labors from 2003 to 2009 in Taizhou district. Results 2555 cases have abnormal electrocardiogram examination results among 67017 outbound labors, with a detection rate of 3.81%. Conclusion As for people with abnormal examination results, we made comprehensive health evaluations combined with other clinical examinations and determined if they can make competent work by considering their profession, destination country and outbound duration in order to reduce the risks of heart disease and protect their health.
