当前农民文化需求热情高涨,并呈现多样化特点,但农村文化建设中存在着重视不够、投入不足、阵地萎缩、缺乏人才、意识落后、需求转向、引导乏力等问题,应通过端正政绩观、强化政府作为、壮大基层文化队伍、创新服务载体、培育农村文化市场、扩大宣传渠道等方式促进农村文化发展,满足农民文化需求。

Currently, farmers＇ demands for culture are running up fervidly and taking on traits of diversification. However, there are still some problems in the construction of rural culture, such as underemphasizing, investing insufficiently, decreasing, lacking able persons, backward in knowledge, change in demands , weak in guiding, etc. In order to satisfy farmers＇ demands for culture, the developments of rural culture should be improved by rectifying the view of the achievement in one＇s post, intensifying the act of authorities, magnifying cultural troops from grass roots, innovating the carriers of service, cultivating the market of rural culture, extending the channel of propaganda, etc.
